Tom, the saying is that Brazil is the economy of tomorrow. And always will be. <G>

Brazil is much larger than Chile and a much more important economy. It is also less reliant on natural resources. However, Chile has its economic act very much more together than does Brazil. What they call moderate inflation in Brazil would cause Bill Clinton to inhale. <G>

So, I like Chile better right now. I like Brazil when it is dirt cheap, but too many folks think the reforms they put on paper to get the cash from the IMF were serious. I don't. Brazil is close to a buy, but Chile has been a buy for awhile.
