I have not seen it pop up yet on the SEC database, but if this is true, then I would view it very positively, showing that NorAm is getting its cards in order for the future. Of course, I don't expect any good news from the filing, but it could lay the foundation for the future (I've said that before, I know). Looking forward to seeing it.

Noram is not required to file with the SEC, but it has chosen to do so for the benefit of shareholders, all at some financial expense to the company.

If there are any other mergers or acquisitions in the works, then Noram would want things to be straight with the SEC. Just a thought...

I've seen dozens of opportunities in the stock market recently, but I've sold nothing to make room for cash. Still believe in this company.

tgs59,

where did you find this information about the 10q being filed June 30, 1998?

Thanks in advance.
