Would you mind if I joined the the two of you in the "what if" crowd? Today's gemisch of news remained unknown to me until late this morning. I guess that'll teach me to pay more attention to the news. I don't know anything about Hills, but on paper it appears like Ames is getting a good deal - 150 stores plus inventory for $500 million. I don't understand what the impact of the senior debt will be, and would appreciate any enlightenment from anyone with more sophisticated knowledge about these sorts of issues. Best wishes, Lel
