With defenders like this who needs lying criminal bastard Presidents.

"I thought from day one, as I think today, that this was bad for the country," said one of Starr's defenders who now questions his tactics.

<<I'd guess the review will be like a parole hearing for Charles Manson. >>

Think Manson ever stole from his mother's purse? I have a problem with this, "on behalf of a friendly nation," jargon that keeps popping up.

Daniel - the "So What" light is on again. Just because there is someone who is sought out and published in the NYT to reinforce the writer's own slant with an opinion that it is bad for the country does not mean it is bad for the country.

After all, your opinion is that Bill Clinton shouldn't be prosecuted for anything no matter how egregious. That's an absurd opinion, and there are some loonies out in liberal-land who share it, but you're entitled to keep defending it and him. But when you make statements of supposed fact, and then the "facts" are shown to not go your way, it is meaningless to wander off the subject and go blathering about someone else's opinion again and again.

CLINTON IS A DRAFT-DODGING LIAR.

What does the piece you keep bringing up have to do with that, other than you think Starr is the antichrist?

Mr. K.
