Kevin, We "knew" because CNBC pre-announced that it was going to be announced right after the next commercial. Those with fast SEOS execution systems jumped on the stock as soon as the ticker was announced.

Of course that assumes "we" were watching CNBC
and paying attention! (g)

I bought some @ 18 and flipped it @ 26 and it went to close @ 31. The funny thing was it moved so fast I went to cancel the order but it got filled anyway. Got lucky when I noticed it higher and sold minutes later.

Depends what comes out tonight in terms of news, if any. Could go up more tomorrow but I think it's more likely to pullback after today's run. Who Knows!!

SEC 10-Q is out.
