Quotes Plus undocumented features

Thanks, Bob, for the info. The string-processing feature would be extremely useful extra functionality. The subroutines would just make more elegant code, so it isn't nearly as important to me.

The reason that I am asking these questions is that there seem to be undocumented features in QP's scanning ability. I couldn't even tell that it was possible to use float and integer variables (other than in for-next loops) from the documentation - I figured that one out from code examples, including the C-style := assignment. Are there any other undocumented features? Is there a FAQ somewhere on QP programming?

One other feature which would be useful would be global variables that could be passed between different invocations of the scan code (i.e. different stock symbols.) Any chance such variables exist?

Thanks for all the help,

Boom Dog
