we covered our short straddle today a bit early apparently - it is amazing how the market treats such great companies with such mindless knee jerk reactions (i.e., aftermarket quotes); as important as earnings is the growth rate year over year and sequentially. they win in both of those categories. going forward they'll need to continue. possibly some day traders were looking for $.30 as a "barrier" against compaq. there's more up MD's sleeve than most realize, i believe, some of which may come out tonight.
