John,

I'm certainly no expert on either one of these companies. I've owned TCI since it was $10 and now have shares in both TCOMA and LBTYA since the reorganization.

I too believe that the merger will happen. It would appear that there is just to much upside for both companies.

Having said that, however, I am concerned about the controversy over "bundling". That could prove to be a no win situation for both companies. Who knows how the FCC will rule on this. On the one hand it would appear to be a "no brainer" and the FCC would not interfere. On the other hand look what's happened to Microsoft.

It would be nice if someone who is more expert in this area could give an opinion.

Regards,

HG

John,

Are you still around? I'm hanging around waiting for the other shoe to fall.

Has been awfully quiet here.

Regards,

HG
