it could go to $70 tommorow and i might win the lottery. too bad some traders made more today on AVCO then AVCO did all year. lets see, i own the stock at $2 and i see it at $30. what am i going to do? i bet avco sees $15 tommorow. would you want to own this going into the weekend with all thats happening in the gulf? ask yourself that. risk/reward is on the short side after the squeeze is over. AVCO- "For the 6 months ended 6/98, revenues fell 12% to $23.7M. Net loss totalled $3.8M vs. an income of $173K. Revenues suffered from a reduction in sales by affiliated distributors for Matrix. Yeah, but think about it...right now I'm using a T1 at work, and items come up almost instantaneously...less than 1 second almost 99% of the time. Do I need or will my eye respond to .02 seconds...doubtful. But just goes to show the feeding frenzy continues. Even at home on my 56K modem, my connect speed shows 112K connection. I just don't get that flustered, because I'm usually accessing thestreet.com, this site, marketwatch.com and the like. Anyway, for all those who made money congrats, for those who lost...condolences, but I am having a hard time seeing why I or a Portfolio Manager would pay that much...don't think this is proprietary service is it...could IrwinCommunications (fictional company) do the same...if I was inclined...probably so. Hey there's an idea...whos with me???? Be there for a good time and don't stay there for the hangover...and congrats for the cajones.

As Sept 8th there were NO shorts on this stock--and this happened so fast I doubt many got a chance to short it today---so I see no short squeeze here--suspect a gap-down tomorrow,and a return to about 5 pretty soon --and yes,by the end of tommorrow every share that can be found will be shorted--Max90
