I am connected via 850k cable modem...now available in most big cities. Nearly 3X faster than ADSL. Soon I will hook up to fibre optics lines that are strung on lines by cable company. That will give me an unlimited speed based on usage...but far faster than T1, ISDN, ADSL or any other common transmission mode. No bulletin needed. This stuff is available NOW.
