Archer,

I spoke to Erin (800 618 9690) who hosted the call, she said this - and I quote:

"there is a list of people that are able to ask questions and everyone else is restricted"

So I asked; why did you - as the host - tell everyone if they had a question push (1) then (4) on their phone?

She said - and I quote:

"that's what the host company told us to do, if you have any questions about it please call them"

Too Funny. The guys who are accused of fraud and cooking their books don't want to answer any real questions - only the set-up hype questions from their promoters. What a laugh...

All Comments IMO

Cheers Steve

Insight Rollout Produces SRCM NO MONEY!!!!!!

Several interesting things were revealed in the bogus conference call - for instance, SRCM's roll out the Interactive Channel. You remember the interactive Channel right - it failed in market tests in Colorado Springs and Denton.

We learned some very interesting news about this highly hyped Insight Rollout on the conference call... Our brilliant boys running SRCM let the cat out of the bag - they told us how much SRCM gets paid for the Insight rollout.

Nothing. Zero Zipo Nadda. SRCM rolls out the Interactive channel in a tiny 90,000 subscriber market and they get no revenue - no income from the deal. Subscribers Pay Insight nothing and Insight pay SRCM nothing...

BAAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that is business SRCM style!! Type up a big 'ol impressive press release about doing the first rollout of a digital interactive TV product, but don't tell anyone it involves a ridiculous web looking page that no one would ever pay for, and don't tell the shareholders SRCM won't get paid for the rollout. It makes for good HYPE to pump up the stock price, but it sure don't pay them bills. Talk about a schmoke and mirrors outfit...

SRCM is now down to $13.6 million in working capital and burning 3 mill a Q... They have a rollout of a product that produces no revenue, and they want to try to sell cable companies an internet product (Virtual Modem 2.0) - that is in beta form, has never been run on a cable system and has already been leapfrogged by a handfull of other technologies... Yep that's business SRCM style...

The end is near... I heard John Reed say they were now down to "protecting their assets" a bunch of times. Made me laugh. What are they protecting - they have a negative book value and $120 million of debt.

Did he really mean he wants to protect their salaries? Hmmm... Maybe that's what he meant. I think they guy just needs a salary for another 12 months before he gets turned back into a used car salesman.
