Hey, don't bash Janice cause she is doing something constructive with her retirement. Most retired people sit on their tuffs and watch People's Court all day.

And likewise, you spend your whole life working & learning about things and spend your time on PoS pennies which one can legally purchase, pump, suck people into, and sell whilst they're following that 'advice'. OK, sounds like a good way to spend time.

non-reporting companies, which you can't legally short????

I wasn't aware that it was illegal to short non-reporting companies in the US. Are you sure you're correct?? I know it is quite legal here in Canada (you'll need a pretty hefty bank account though)

Dave, that's not negative, beating on scamsters touting garbage non-reporting bulletin board 'stocks' - I see it as quite positive, constructive, and deeply satisfying. And not a little addictive, some of the stories just jump right out and grab me by the eyeballs. The disgust that the Rileys and Spugses engender is a powerful fuel in me, and I suspect that's the case as well with those hardcore 'bashers' you mention in your PM.

What could a person possibly say about this aznt that is NOT negative?

Does it competently run a business ... well, there's no sign of that.
That's negative.
Does the company make an honest effort to run a business ... no, it seems to spend its time and effort playing games with the paper in collusion with internet stock touts.
That's negative.
Do all statements made by the company have the ring of truth and are later verified
.... no, far from it. That's really negative.

And the big one - Does it report timely audited financials to SEC ... No, it does not.

And that's negative - extremely negative. Negative beyond redemption.
So who is the real aznt basher in this story? ... I figure the buck stops on Mike Sylver's desk, if he's the CEO. The Spideypugs and Auntieriley shills here in our faces on these threads certainly don't do the 'stock' any good, but they're just the minions. No, it's Mikey, imho, who's Head AZNTpaper Basher. And to point that out is imho a positive and constructive act.

I personally to don't have to wait until I am retired to track down promoters and two-bits hypesters like you. Disagreeing with unscrupulous hypesters like you can only bring sanity to the debate. Stopping liars is even more gratifying.
