>>Allen, those warnings combined with taunts and insults ARE designed to help others. It's sort of like when my neighbor caught his Boston Terrier eating the dog turds in the yard and whipped him with a newspaper and rubbed his nose in it to try and keep him from dying of Parvo. Same agenda. Buying SYQT was like eating a dog turd.<<

MBL -

That's a pretty lame rationalization of your poor communication skills.

I don't disagree that buying SYQT was a bad investment. I thought so myself, and didn't buy. But that's irrelevant to the discussion of how your "warnings" were presented.

If you don't understand the difference between the psychology of a dog and that of a person, then I hope you're never in a position to manage people. I also hope you never have children.

Moe,

Love the analogy... :)

In my case though, taunts and insults fall on deaf ears. It's like taunting a craps player for playing the hard-ways. He knows it's unwise and not likely to result in big winnings, but what the hell... Press the hard-ways joe! In your analogy, the dog might know why he ate the turd. In fact was probably relishing that same turd. Although your reasoning is sound, the dog may have been attempting to, say, alleviate some mineral defficiency that his keen nose detected in high quantities in said turd...

Anyways, all this talking about turds is making me hungry...
