After hours quotes are more often than not manipulated by the big players. They are just throwing out prices to get this thing moving up so they can short the hell out of it. This would explain any 1k to 5k share blocks at higher prices.

I don't know what software you are using but I on my Instnet I am still seeing bid below $66.
