Although you make a good argument some of your premises are really assumptions which, if my sources are correct, are wrong.

Also, you point to NDS being the incumbent DS. Well, in those accounts CSCO is the incumbent network. So, if CSCO has a directory - call it whatever you want..the customer will install it to manage their network. In fact, they are more likely to replace the directory than the entire network. Which do you think would be more cost/operations intensive. Be honest.
