I agree there will be news out soon ,TECK Corp. is to heavily involved here to let the shareholders get shit on like this ,and teck needs more......

Sam, I have been wondering why Teck would continue with the recent PP, get it repriced, and still be paying 2X the going rate on the market. It simply doesn't make any sense from our viewpoint and what information is currently available to us.

Here's a speculative viewpoint: DML announced the repricing in early October (?)...DML had already been drilling for a little while September something....Teck exercises their PP at twice the going rate...
- It would be extremely transparent for Teck to pick up that amount of shares on the market, we would all know and it would definitely start a premature run. Teck wanted in, and they wanted in now.
- Perhaps DML and Teck had a little conversation about what they had found, and hence Teck decided to forward some money to complete the drill program.
- The PP with Teck would not affect the market negatively like a regular PP with a bunch of "unknown" investors. In fact, it has peaked our interest and the interest of others.
- Perhaps NAI hit a near surface massive that they could evaluate almost immediately.
- Director of Donner has, as far as we know, gone to SVB for whatever reason. I doubt he would have gone for nothing, or to "hose us" into investing, but you never know.

After all that, we still don't know much, but in my limited experience in mining stocks, it sounds just a little too coincidental to me. There was a definite time line that, putting the pieces together, coincide with certain actions we have heard of.

The limited amount of information we have now could simply be a result of the VSE breathing down DML's neck about information leaking out again. DML decided to go "tight" with their information, and stop the leaks again.

Something caused these runs, and time as well as hindsight will tell us how right or wrong we are about what was going on.

One thing to remember is that if ONE GOES UP, THEY ALL GO UP which translates into pretty decent odds.

Hi Sam,

First, TECK doesn't give a "......" about you, your mother, your broker, your friends et al.

TECK are in this "small financial" play to discover new orebodies, nothing more, nothing less. They have hungry integrated mills/smelters/refineries etc to be fed.

Let me give you a broad trivial statistic; approx one in one thousand discoveries "may" result in a mine being established. TECK stays in touch with the juniors (and invests in) because they are more cost effective in terms of finding an economic orebody than the majors.

The reason is simple enough, investors don't mind losing their money, TECK does.

regards, Terence Mitchell

PS. In the past, I've done projects for TECK. Quite simply, they are in the Mining business to make money. Their investment in SVB is just one of many strategic investments around the world to ensure future concentrate supplies to feed the principle infrastructure investments in place. TECK will be anywhere that the smell of base metals, precious metals, energy sources etc, etc, etc occur.
