I agree, there is nothing wrong with Dell. Great company. Just overpriced stock. It's not their fault. Going forward, they will suffer from the Microsoft syndrome. The odds are that the stock wouldn't double triple from here anytime soon. That means they can no longer pay below market salaries. Employee expenses will go up.

I won't add all the obvious problems Dell is facing that will continue to cause a slowdown in their growth rates. I'm sure you know them all.
