Even worse, that POS Silverman was awarded many of those options as a payoff for successfully completing the CUC merger. Shareholders don't even know that they are being fleeced by reduced shareholder equity, lower retained earnings and dilution. It is a travesty and the SEC should require these games as well as the ongoing regular stream of "one time charges" to be taken against earnings. CEO's would straighten up real fast if they couldn't hide their dirty laundry any longer.

yea, I saw it. That kinda crap is rampant. That's why when this house of cards collapses, it is going to be a real disaster.
