They have to keep four spare servers around the office because when they need parts it 3-4 before they can get them. I just can't handle any more of your nonsense. You do know that CPQ has 65% of the novell installed base, don't you? Any idea of Dell's novell penetration? And your service comment was equally ill-informed. Dell's service reputation was built on DEC service, which CPQ now owns. They offer 2 hour on-site service - maybe your cousin was too cheap to buy it? Please spare me these data-point of one statements, we expect a higher standard here even on a day like this.
