Agree 100% with your statement...however, isn't $50 million of carry-forward losses with very little debt worth a great deal more than the current market-cap to a profitable company (as a tax writeoff), even if they just buy it to close it down and take the tax writeoff ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

(assuming all the hidden risks, like the shareholders lawsuit has been settled)

INFO came up with companysleuth.com and the stock went from 1 to 10 in about a week....surely SystemWizard can come up with a decent tie-in to the web and be the stock-of-the-week for a bunch of pump-and-dump artists....

actually, SystemWizard IS tied into the net already, but it just isn't sexy enough...
