Chuz -
this works as long as Dell follows the industry model of 35% margins in the high end. They have talked about 'eliminating the price gouging ' in the low end. My sense is that they will do as the others have done, keep prices and margins high in the high-end products to offset declining margins and ASPs in the desktop market.
