Stitch,

I thinking to doing the same, it will be very soon or I might miss the majority of the move. A couple other things to consider:

1) Cash per share $4.56 and falling
2) Book value $1.43 and falling
3) Last in time to market (even if you increase R&D spending, the issue is not coming up with the technology is it? It actually is getting the technology to the assembly line for implementation in the product-if you can't do this then R&D money is wasted-many DDs have had this problem)
4) I love how all of the analysts took out the one-time charge on the warranty - how can you call this a phantom cost - we both know how much it costs to repair drives, even if its outsourced.

Best regards,

Scott

Have you heard anything new about Conner Technology? Do you think, they will be a serious player within the next year, or so?

Stitch, Is it possible industry conditions are so strong that WDC and KMAG could surprise on the upside or somehow warrant their current stock prices? I wonder since you say SEG could have margin surprise and it looks like HTCH could surprise on the upside. Z
