My, my K. Substantive as usual. You've obviously forgotten the introduction to substantive debate you gave me, where you managed to pull a Nazi reference out of nowhere. Your very first response to me, and every one since has been equally substantive, as near as I can tell. It's such a pleasure engaging in the usual substantive debate with someone who knows my opinions better than I do. Straw man, K, right up there with the classic ad hominem technique today, it seems.
