That means that they buy equipment from an xDSL eqipment company (such as Cisco, Lucent, Westell, Orckit, Alcatel, and many others)an install them in telco colocation space. There are a hundred companies doing this including all of the ILECs and many small private firms such as Covad, Northpoint. Try and do a little research before you post absolute stupidity. For those interested in learning more about xDSL I recommend checking out www.telechoice.com . They are the premiere authority on the subject. THIS COMPANY IS NOT NEARLY WORTH $300 MM.
