I had a small chat with Karen at IR today and thought I'd
share some of what she said.

Regarding HDTV, she said Ampex would only be involved at the
broadcast end. She said they will pursue the archival storage
market with DST products during 99.Though she wouldn't elaborate,
she said not to think of "archival" in the conventional sense. Whatever. The broadcast market, they believe has good potential
since Ampex has brand recognition from years past.

Imagio is there mainly to introduce/push products not to
promote interest in the stock.

Mr Bramson has taken a small stake in a web hosting company
and "may add to his position in the future".

Ampex is not co-developing any products with Micronet, but will
supply the "necessary resources". Micronet will introduce a new
product "within a month".

I hope this helps.
