As I am sure you know, Wink, the bid and ask are averages, not what each and every MM is offering.

Is it possible that certain MM's were sitting on stock they bought for a good deal more than .0035, and were hoping (like FAMH investors everywhere) to at least break even?

Makes sense to me.

If I remember, there were about 12 MM's handling FAMH stock. Not only would it be illegal for them to all get together at once and fix the price, I would think it to be extremely unlikely.

There must be stocks they can bag much greater profits than one or two cents on, if they truly felt like risking their careers on such illegalities.

MM's would rather see the stock go up, I am sure. It obviously generates much greater interest, and many more trades to make money off... as we have seen the last few days.

If there were any conspiracy here, it would be in raising the price, not lowering it.
