Do you all think there will be a spike up in the price tomorrow or what.

Eduardo- I guess at one point Dell beat the earnings estimates by 6-10 cents...but it certainly wasn't this year.....and the stock is up a ton...

Of course, your premise is right....a stock's growth rate can not exceed the company's internal growth rate forever..ie...Dell will not grow 100%-200% p.a. forever....highly unlikely for even one more year..BUT..

My whole point is (has been) that an investor should be very happy with a return between 40-60% p.a. on any stock...IMO, the odds are very good that Dell could acheive that in the next 12 months...If it does better, great...but I certainly I am not basing my investment life on it...Anyone who does, IMO, needs to question their (investment) methodology/motives...

Of course, one can turbo-charge returns by selling calls, or margining after drops...

Dell is still a great stock...great upside potential long-term...
Limited risk of losses (if you hold, and dont choke during the mood swings...)

Hey, you co-opted my line about buying if it dips in the (mid) 50's.....the more, the merrier, I say..
