My experience is that civil cases take years.Also I thought I read the original filing was in San Bernadino now its in Orange County.The law firm is located in Orange County.Maybe Brad can shed some light on this.

Seems like most of this release was already known. Was hoping for new meat. I too believe that JNNE will go after more than 5 mil to settle. I think the longer this draws out the more they will want from ANFS. As I said before its ANFS with a stick in its spokes. Any number of senerios may play out short term. The core business seems to be growing. Staying tuned. I think we win the WAR, unless IRAQ buys some shares of JNNE. Rumer has it they own some of ANFS. Humor me and say Hee hee!!!!!!!!!!!!!
