Marvin, existing CBS shareholders will eventually get the remaining 80% of INF when CBS spins it off. The value of the spun-off INF + the value of the CBS shares - INF, will = the same before and after the spin=off. Yes, CBS shares will be dramatically lower after the spin-off , but the value of the investment will not have changed. larry
