Like I said, don't ask me what it means.

It is at 2000, but that could be considered to be a "nick" as much
as anything else.

Given valuations, and the rather quick apparent resolution to the 4 year bottom, which is an aberration for sure, it is time to be very
flexible, I think. But, I haven't checked ratios lately. Will do over weekend.
