NORT or WEL - NORT looks like the better play IMO. financially seems to be better off than WEL and looks like it's reaching a bottom, while WEL looks like it still has a ways to go.

Another one that's been popping up on my screen is RMOC. Think it can still go down more, cash flow problems. If there is a concern about oil supplies, think this one could bounce higher faster. But if that concern doesn't materialize this stock will go lower faster.
