You must be the only one. I've heard the exact opposite. GREAT SERVICE.

My guess, considering the "strong buy" upgrades and price target of $44 from Everen Securities, is that ONSL will be over $30 before Christmas.

I've had two similar experiences. Both times Email failed to gain a response, but my squeaky phone calls did get greased. I would guess your letter to the CEO will get lost or tossed.
I basically got tired of being hosed on shipping through ONSL. It is insulting to see one video card with an $8 shipping charge and another one that they are featuring in quantity at $12 and ONSL is the seller for both. Plus the fact they prepackage the vast majority of their items individually, so that you cannot benefit on the reduced shipping. This is poor public relations and outright disservice to their customers. Practices like this detract from any loyalty.

I have made many, many purchases from Onsale with a few bumps. I had a
3rd party Canon printer that was missing a power cord, manual, ink and drivers. The 3rd party did nothing other than refer me to Canon, who sent me a power cord and manual. I downloaded drivers, but was pretty pissed about the ink. I let Onsale know that and they simply sent me a check for $50 so I could buy it myself. That 3rd party vendor no longer offers goods through Onsale. :-)

I ran into a faulty SDRAM DIMM that they replaced no questions asked also.

This is out of dozens of items for many $1,000s both personally and for my company.

Overall, I could not be happier with Onsale as a customer. It was in fact that experience which led me to buy the stock.

I'd guess that you did fall through the cracks, but if you ever have a concern there, reach Byron Bailey <bbailey@ONSALE.com>. He is the customer service manager and I have had very successful dealings with him.

Good luck,
Duff
