Joe, Welcome to the thread. Yes, the total outstanding shares is about 1.6M. Most are held by management and insiders and the 'float' on the NASDAQ is only 300k. There are also some options and warrants which are all presently 'out-of-the-money' (see message #5 for more details). As far as the number of Furbies GRIN will receive... I talked to their VP, Ron Goldenberg, and he said their initial order was for 195,000 and they will re-order as necessary in the New Year. He sees it as being important to them over several quarters as the price (eventually) will be down to $30- $40 when supplies are more plentiful so it will work for gifts/birthdays etc. How many will they sell altogether ? See what you think of my numbers on message #9. This looks like a major assist to such a small company. Frank
