Mohan, Automation always reduces cost w/o a doubt. I would appreciate if someone can post the numbers. TIA!

That said, I find it disturbing that investors are not satisfied with stellar growth and prefer Internet style PEs based almost entirely on hype. I feel that PE expansion based on pure 'concept' (read hype) is a loser's game similar to the whisper number prediction one. For the last few quarters DELL's EG has been around 65%. Predicting 30-31 cents EPS is like predicting a 70-80%+ EG all of a sudden. As the best of the companies grow, their EGs slow down (consider CSCO as an example). DELL is holding EG almost constant and doesn't need to expand EG to justify valuation IMO.
