I didn't contact Zulu's technical people because I suspected that the problem was not technical. I felt that the most likely reason for the server outage is that they didn't pay their bills. So, I set out to verify that, and obtained verification. It's a fact that, according to the Finance Director of Frontier GlobalCenter - a company that hosts the largest and most prestigious web sites on the net - the sites were shut down for non-payment. If there's another "side" of this story, it would come from the Zulu financial people, NOT from their technical people.
