Arabs are losing their oil revenue like crazy ,, in case of Saudi Arabia, Dubai ,, Bharain, Abu Dhabi ,,,where they nationalised the oil from US ,, and formed ARAMCO ..
They are not doing too well ,, as multinationals , go to Venezuela and Bajikstan ,,
Saudi Arabia subsidises all citizens right to free housing ,, free education to college and free mediacl care , population of 7 milion is served by foreign workers at ratio of 2 to 1 ,, they need the dollar to maintain the disseident voices down ,, as house of Saud is increasingly under attack ,, by liberals demanding greater voice,,
Recently , Saudis approached US conglomerates , for back to old time concept and a meeting took place in Washington DC between all the majors and a Saudi Prince.. they were willing to offer 50% stake to US oils ,, as US oil companies will spend excess of 14 billion dollars for exploration and developement next few years,,
For US , Saudi ,, crude is most sweet and cheapest to excavate as they literally bubble out ,, where Venezuelan heavies are too much pain in the butt,, something for RNTK , that's where Texaco comes in for RNTK ,, as Texaco is the largest Venezuela partner,,
