Jeff, Possibly a different Nightwing, because as near as I can determine they're still in Orlando, Florida. I read through the SEC filing where Nightwing bought out a part of Creative Learning Products (now Creative Gaming). The terms must have been renegotiated, because it appears to me as though NIGI didn't live up to its' end of the agreement. One of the terms plainly stated that NIGI must become a reporting company, which to date, I cannot find. Creative Gaming is a really interesting company. They bought a vessel (from of all places Houston, Texas) and plan on turning it into a floating casino between New York and Florida. Does that story sound a lot like one of the ancestor companies of MTEI? KJC
