Here is an email address you can use for CNBC: BizCenter@cnbc.com
Perhaps they can send you info on who to call. Jeff

Hi Phil and ALL,

If you don't mind, I'd like to add my two cents worth regarding us (TSIG) being profiled on CNBC with Joe Kernan. It's a great idea and I believe it will happen... but please not yet and please don't bombard them with e-mails as I believe that will backfire. IMO, we're not ready yet. Perhaps in a few more weeks or so, but not until we have some major signed contracts in the hopper. So many of these deals are near completion, that I personally don't want to see anything... and I mean anything... interfere with their finalization. Everyone wants the stock price higher, but I don't want to see a quick spike and then "where's the beef"? That first order of "beef", IMO, is almost finished cooking. First we need a company that is showing success in it's plan and then the stock price will follow. That, IMO, is the time for us to go on CNBC. A well written letter sent to the right people about a company with a unique "new" internet marketing concept will eventually get us the spot... after we can show them the contracts and that the concept works (which I believe is not very far off). To be premature could backfire and, IMHO, could hurt us in the long run. We need the edge over the competition by activating the "MusicCard" concept (and, BTW, who ever said that only music could be sold via the "Card" concept?)... plus, we need the soon to be signed (IMO) contracts to give us a story to tell based on real hard facts. Then, and then only, again IMHO, are we ready for CNBC and primetime... and it's not that far off. If the thread wishes, I'll speak to Rob Gordon about it, but since he would be the person appearing on CNBC (perhaps along with James Guild), I believe the timing should be left to him. Let's not kill the goose that is about to lay the golden egg.

Best always,

Marty

Phil, the research you have done so far is great, even finding that some CNBC guys post here on SI is significant, maybe we could post to them also, (in an unobstrusive way) about TSIG's existence, but I think the best way would be thru TSIG itself.
When you do find TSIG's assignment editor and/or fax number, you should forwarded it to TSIG so they could file their case to be heard to CNBC.
You really are doing a great job with this.
