News on many of your comments to follow in the next several weeks. DD indicates that management is in the final phases of putting this co in the right direction. The implementation of a solid business plan is taking place with several surprises in the immediate future. I like this one and think that the upside potential is far greater than the down side. If they complete their secondary offering on schedule (February) look for this stock to come out at close to $10.00 per share! That's right $10.00. Good Luck!!

I called IR here in San Fran and asked the girl how BGIX could receive a tender offer from thehealthchannel as I understood them to be all part of the same company. She said she knew nothing about that (although the press release said to contact IR- duh), but gave me a number for Mike Grandom ..... ??? whoops ... the cleaners stacked the papers on my desk and I can't find my notes. So I called and left a message with the same question. This was last Thursday a.m. - I'll let everyone know if he returns my call. In the meantime, if anyone else has managed to speak with Mike, I'd appreciate a post. I sold my shares although I very much like the concept and hope it works. Although I registered with the company, I didn't hear from them regarding the Musix shares .... and this latest press release was, I think, intentionally misleading. I read it at 5 a.m. and was ready to break out the champagne ... then the lightbulb came on a few minutes later !! Good luck to any investors - and I will watch the thread with interest in the future. Regards Stephen
