The Latest Spin From SRCM Re: Their "Give Away" product...

Here from Yahoo is a post that gives SRCM's new spin on their blunder in admitting they give their product away, (which essentially is an admission that they use the give away to be able to issue press releases about signing cable contracts - gee to hype the stock?).

<<<The consumer pays nothing directly for the service as it is bundled with other premium services. It is given away to the consumer, but the cable operator pays per subscriber. The company won't release the royalty figures, but that is understandable given their constant negotiations with other cable companies.>>>

Mr MediaBoy, Paid SRCM Shill,

Yea right and I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. You gotta be about the stupidist HYPSTER on the board to try to pull this typical spin on reality off. Heck this one is almost as good as the conference call yesterday that was a set-up of questions to shills while everyone else was locked out of asking questions. (What a scumbag trick that was!!)

SRCM ***Might*** get paid for their ***Virtual Modem*** IF THEY EVERY GET IT TESTED AND OUT OF BETA FORM.

But SRCM currently cannot sell or offer the Virtual Modem - because it is Virtually non-existant. The ONLY product SRCM currently has is the Interactive Channel. SRCM gives the Interactive Chanel away, SRCM gets ZERO income per subscriber for this riduculous product.

So as usual SRCM tells you a half truth.

Yes they get paid per subscriber - but only for a product that they do not have to sell, and no one has offered to buy it. SRCM has only one product available for sale - the Interactive Channel, and that dear MediaBoy it is a freebie. Furthermore Dear Boy, it failed in every market test last year, so it is no surprise it is only a give away.

Go back to SRCM and see if they can spin you another yarn to post on the internet. I'll be here to give the real story.

All Comments IMO

Cheers Steve
