This may help. There were several fairly comprehensive summaries of the CC posted on this thread around Oct 22-23 (following the CC). A very good discussion IMO, addresses most of the issues of the competitive environment.

Shane, I did review all of the posts at earnings time, and there was a lot of valuable information there. It looks like new business accounts for 1/3 of sales, while existing installations provide 2/3 of revenue. No one has yet given me an articulate response regarding what the likelihood is of the 1/3 of sales from new business drying up in the second half of 99 because of Y2K.

Comments anyone?
