Colleen, thank you for your provocative and friendly post; allow me to correct you though,

1) but you spent time with their IR person, not the CEO who IMO is the only one qualified to properly talk about this product.

Not so, I never met their IR person but had him checked out, and he is merely a promoter; nothing more.

2) But if this was truly an elaborate scam, wouldn't they have also provided a "phoney" probe?

I am not saying the company is a scam, but people have been, and are continuing to be scammed by them.

3) Also, how do we explain the years of testing with a Texaco dealership?

Years of testing what? And who has checked out the dealer? And what's his testimonial letter worth?

4) have you invested in this company a while back and lost money on your investment?

No, but I was asked to invest in this company but they didn't pass the smell test.

I don't say that there isn't a possibility that this company can get a product developed and put to the market; but they have not yet demonstrated that they can either.

The person quoted in their press release about the FPL contract was Dan Hoobler; is he the one that is now a former employee?

When put to the test you will find, unfortunately, that this is another glaring example of misuse of the public markets and a company that should not be public.

On top of that there is an endless supply of shares with no retail support, nor will there be until successive quarters of sustained growth are realized. The key word there is " realized"

Colleen, why don't you invite Dr. Harvey over to PLRP? We can use some more dissention over there. :>)

Colleen and everyone. I am heading out on vacation starting tomorrow morning. My feeling is that with each passing day we are moving closer to finding ourselves holding a real winner in EVDS. Someday we might all be saying I sure wish I had bought more EVDS when it was sitting down there around 1/2 to 9/16's.

I do not believe that Jim Crehan would ever be irresponsible in making any comments about the potential of this company and it's flagship product the CAPSCAN. I specifically asked if he still believed we would see sales booked in the fourth quarter of this year. His answer was YES.

Anyway, have fun while I'm gone and please help to keep the discourse on a rational level if at all possible.

Regards, Jeff
