Responding to my own post on reflection, this could be an attempt by an individual to drive the stock down, since the post of a split only comes from 1 person who post as 'Lou'. In the past he/she has posted 'BUY BUY BUY' oh well.

I have been in this stock for a long time and have read many of the ramblings of the mad dentist. I would just forget that he posted or posts. There is no logical need for a reverse split unless, it is to provide a higher price for a new financier to short. I do not think that this is the case.
