Hi EB, Could well be that this selling activity precipitated yesterday's drop. I have been selling a bit all along the way as JBL recovered and am not unpleased to see that I did it in concert with the folks on that list. I still own more shares now than when I started my JBL account last January. This run-up has been sweet.

Looks like they waited for about $40/share before they started selling.

Best regards, Tom

Most of these guys sell every Q.

We've been hearing the same insider selling story every quarter for years. They have to wait until several days after the earnings release to sell, then every quarter we see a flurry of sells.

Have you calculated what $9M is as a percentage of total holdings? Somewhere around 1-2% ? I think this is a non-issue, but maybe it caused the sell-off yesterday.

The fundamental long term story for this stock remains unchanged.
