Such fisticuff's and bats up-side the head as instigated by one Darkgreen, formerly known as Mark Visnic. Emotion, emotion, allllll emotion is the only conclusion to be reach. The only reaction to the commentary? In a nutshell I think everyone understands that VLNC, however much we're enthused by its potential, is still in the realm of speculation and should remain there until such time as p.o.'s are announced. However, as has been pointed out by others, millionaire(s) on the board along with high level executives, not to mention the massive volumes here of late which can only be accounted for by other's with more info. than us buying up shares, cannot be shrugged off as "foolish." I see it as "smoke" before the fire.

And I'd like to thank to Mooter, Fred, et.al., for providing initial attempts at a cash flow "read." I say cut the numbers by 50% and you still have an enticing speculation. However, on an aside, don't be so flippant as to disregard the more ruinous aspects of that floor-less convertible. Commenting on the legitimate nature of the board participants is no logical argument to be used against the POTENTIAL abuse such floor-less mechanisms allow. All be fair in love, war and business, so if'n a certain hedge fund decides it's the right thing to do at a certain time(like Feb. '99 and no warm & fuzzies regarding production, p.o.'s, etc.)....well.....it won't matter WHO sits on the board. I've seen it happen enough times in the past, so 'tis always a good idea to keep an eye out for the potential. As for me, if I get one whiff in that Feb. timeframe that this has begun to happen....let's just say I'll have protected meself.

But hey, everything looks good so far, so let's see how it goes. Don'tch'a just luuuuuv speculating?? ;-)

Regards!

John~

mooter, thanks for your concern for my psyche. I doubt whether seller's remorse will set in until VLNC goes to double figures without me <VBG>.
