I know the above is a only speculation, But, if it does happen.
Has this is all been done Legally???? Help!!, I need some direction..

But it's been one hell of a ride.
I don't think I going to let this ride end if this does occur.

DG, the residual CSMA after the spin off was never expected to be anything of value..the spinoff was, by design, done to extract virtually all of the assets out.

I would concentrate on the spinoffs.
