Clearly volatility is decreasing on declining volume as EGGS oscillations are getting smaller and smaller. That's all that matters until the next high volume break move up or down. Think about it. How many pattern can you draw that describe decreasing volatility on declinging volume? Wedge, pennant or triangle. Not much to choose from. The only thing that matters to bulls is moving above whatever downtrend lines you can draw on high volume.
