Dear fma: Well, what can I say. Its my opinion and only that, that the large investor may not be entering for at least 2 reasons. Primarily, I guess they are NOT satisfied that the company will successfully transit to the Post Y2K period. By that, I mean perhaps they believe that revenues, gross margins and profits will indeed fall after the Y2K era is over. That is a risk I guess they are not ready to accept. We dont help it any when we make all kinds of negative posts generally only based on supposition and not fact. FACT is company has a PLATINUM list of customers, FACT is company is striving to change their core business from purely factory integration to tieing into the front office accounting system, FACT is company has announced intended acquisition program and has demonstrated they are serious, FACT is company has incredibly important strategic alliances, FACT is company has presently a National footprint, FACT is company has overseas links now. SUPPOSITION is that company cannot upgrade their core product, SUPPOSITION is company will lay off all these new employees after 2,000 even though Jenkins has REPEATEDLY said that will NOT be the case. I could go on but why bother. Either you believe and you stick, or you dont and you sell. I am STICKING. jdn ps: The second reason is the large float and the CONTINUAL trading in this stock. Everytime it starts to go a bunch of you people out there are satisfied to make a point or two and sell out. This has become so regular that no one is frightened that they cant reenter at a lower price. Also, I believe there is significant manipulation going on by some ROGUE market makers that ought to be sued or something.
