Given the total lack of positive forward going statements from KLIC we can infer that Intel doesn't see the need to increase current capacity.
FWIW, I agree with you. What the market does with this is beyond me.

Incidentally, back-end companies like KLIC are driven by unit demand, rather than wafer demand, and therefore tend to lead the front-end companies like AMAT. If business is bad for KLIC, it's probably worse for AMAT.

KLIC is much more a "turns" business -- as I understand it. Visibility is even more elusive to them.
