Morning Ike...

i looked at the OEX today....

on the way up recently, the major resistance area was 545...it should be major support on the way down..

if the OEX reverses to 540 on a print basis, then we would have a 3 box reversal down which would be a sell signal...

so 540 is the sell!!!! might not happen Ike....

in fact even though they will sell off this afternoon because of IRAQ, i don't think any real damage will be done until Tues...After AG's decision....

DELL... Will It Lead The NDX Down?

Ike:

With DELL down on a day when Michael Dell was on CNBC and the NAZ has a mini rally, it's possible some confidence has been shaken in the can't lose Nasdaq bellweathers... There is big institutional interest in DELL... If it continues going down we could see some preemptive strikes by institutions that want to preserve their gains before the herd starts selling... The funny thing is that the institutions are the herd...

Usually DELL has favorable Relative Strength to the top 100 Nasdaq companies... The last two days it has been trailing the NDX...
